TCHOA membership includes all 95 County Highway Chief Administrative Officers in Tennessee. In some counties the chief administrative officer of the county highway department is called the highway superintendent, superintendent of roads, public works director, and various other titles. All members have a common goal—to provide the residents of their communities with the best transportation infrastructure available.
